who we are
Mi chiamo Raffaella e sono la titolare della struttura. Se pur siamo partite insieme alla mia gemella nel 2015, adesso per esigenze abitative, vivendo all'interno da qualche anno con mio figlio Antonio, la struttura è interamente gestita da me.
La mia presenza è continua e costante a disposizione dell'ospite per consigli ed eventuali aiuti, anche se lascio molto spazio all'ospite per vivere in tranquillità la vacanza nei propri spazi e nella propria autonomia.
Sono una persona molto tranquilla e forse spesso anche molto chiacchierona.
My name is Raffaella and I am the owner of the structure. Although we left together with my twin sister in 2015, now for housing needs, living inside for a few years with my son Antonio, the structure is entirely managed by me.
My presence is continuous and constant at the guest's disposal for advice and any help, even if I leave plenty of room for the guest to enjoy the holiday in peace and quiet in their own spaces and in their own autonomy.
I am a very quiet person and maybe often also very talkative.

Desideriamo che tutti i nostri clienti percepiscano l'alto livello di professionalità del lavoro di B&B le sorelle gemelle. La camera Giulia & Raffaella ha un bagno interno ampio con doccia, wc, lavandino ed una stanza ampia di circa 25 mq che si affaccia sul giardino con all'interno un letto matrimoniale con due letti singoli per favorire le famiglie con figli a soggiornare in tutta tranquillità.
We want all our customers to perceive the high level of professionalism of the work of B&B the twin sisters. The Giulia & Raffaella room has a large internal bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and a large room of about 25 square meters that overlooks the garden with a double bed with two single beds inside to encourage families with children to stay in the whole calm.

Il B&B è aperto sempre. Gli orari del check in vanno dalle 18:00 alle 20:30 mentre l’ orario del check out è alle 10:00. Per particolare esigenze, ci si può mettere d’accordo. È possibile il self check in ed è preferibile contattare la struttura un’oretta prima dell’arrivo per evitare tempi di attesa inutili per entrambi
The B&B is always open. Check-in times range from 18:00 to 20:30 while check-out time is at 10:00. For particular needs, we can make arrangements. Self check-in is possible and it is preferable to contact the structure an hour before arrival to avoid unnecessary waiting times for both

Fondata dal Duca di Atri, Giulio Antonio, che diede alla città il suo nome, Giulianova è composta da Giulianova Alta, una zona più storica, e Giulianova Lido dove ci sono le spiagge.
Founded by the Duke of Atri, Giulio Antonio, who gave the city his name, Giulianova is made up of Giulianova Alta, a more historic area, and Giulianova Lido where there are beaches.
Giulianova Lido è nota per essere una delle Sette Sorelle, ovvero sette splendide località turistiche della provincia di Teramo che si contraddistinguono per la bellezza delle spiagge. L’arenile qui è caratterizzato da una sabbia fine e dorata, mentre il mare, che ha vinto per più volte il premio della Bandiera Blu per la qualità delle sue acque, presenta un fondale basso e che degrada lentamente. Il litorale lungo quasi due chilometri è ricco di stabilimenti balneari che offrono diversi servizi, per cui è l’ideale per le famiglie con i bambini e per tutti coloro che desiderano una spiaggia comoda, attrezzata e sicura. Il suo lungomare circondato da fiori e da alberi sempre verdi come palme, oleandri e pini ospita anche una bellissima pista ciclabile che permette di ammirare paesaggi e scorci meravigliosi sulla costa. Anche gli amanti dello sport potranno divertirsi data la possibilità di praticare diverse attività come tennis, nuoto, bocce, minigolf, pattinaggio ma anche lo snorkeling e la pesca subacquea.
Giulianova Lido is known for being one of the Seven Sisters, i.e. seven splendid tourist resorts in the province of Teramo which are distinguished by the beauty of their beaches. The beach here is characterized by fine golden sand, while the sea, which has won the Blue Flag award several times for the quality of its waters, has a shallow and slowly degrading backdrop. The almost two-kilometre-long coast is full of bathing establishments offering various services, making it ideal for families with children and for all those who want a comfortable, well-equipped and safe beach. Its promenade surrounded by flowers and evergreen trees such as palms, oleanders and pines also houses a beautiful cycle path that allows you to admire wonderful landscapes and views of the coast. Sports lovers will also be able to enjoy themselves given the opportunity to practice various activities such as tennis, swimming, bowls, minigolf, skating but also snorkelling and underwater fishing.
